Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If dewi12 detects multiple Accounts registered to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method, all associated Accounts will be suspended, winnings voided, and Balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity. You agree to immediately notify dewi12 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.
If your Account remains inactive (no login, deposits, or wagers) for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, dewi12 reserves the right to classify it as a dormant account. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 deducted from the remaining Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. You will receive email notification thirty (30) days before any maintenance fees are applied.
You are obligated to ensure that all information provided to dewi12 remains accurate and current. You must immediately update your registered email address, phone number, or residential address if any changes occur. dewi12 will not be held liable for any communications sent to outdated contact information on file.

All bets placed through dewi12 are governed by the following principles:
Sports bets (including football, basketball, tennis, and other sports) are settled according to the final result as declared by the official governing body of the respective sport. If a match is postponed, all bets remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours of the original scheduled time. If the match is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours, all bets are void and stakes refunded.
For Asian Handicap markets (commonly called voor betting in Indonesian gambling culture), half-goal and quarter-goal handicaps are settled according to industry-standard rules. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during the match due to significant events. Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection is void, it is treated as a non-runner with odds of 1.00.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your entire Balance. Once an Account is voluntarily closed, it cannot be reopened. If you wish to use dewi12 Services again, you must register a new Account (subject to our one-Account-per-person policy).
If you believe gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (minimum 6 months, maximum permanent). During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will be unable to deposit, bet, or access the Platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. When dewi12 closes an Account for Terms violations, any remaining Balance may be forfeited. When closure is initiated for security or responsible gaming concerns, legitimate Balances will be returned after deducting any applicable fees or adjustments.
While dewi12 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control. dewi12 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, provided we take reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
In the event of obvious technical errors (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to software malfunction, duplicate credited deposits, erroneous bet settlements), dewi12 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct Account Balances to reflect accurate results. Users are obligated to report any technical errors that result in unintended gains.

If a dispute arises between you and dewi12, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If informal dispute resolution fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You expressly waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against dewi12.
